School History

Srivi Lions International School (CBSE) is an offshoot of Srivi Lions Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Lions Nursery school was founded in 1979 by the Lions Club of Srivilliputhur. It was in response to the aspirations of the people of Srivilliputhur to have an English medium school. The school grew in stature and reputation to become one of the best in Virudhunagar District.

Srivi Lions International School was conceptualized by the School Management committee of Lions Group of Institutions and was inaugurated on 14.04.2014.This Institution is the need of the hour for the student population of Srivilliputhur to meet the upcoming educational challenges such as NEET Exam, JEE, IIT EXAMS, CA COURSES, COMPETITIVE EXAMS etc. to get meritorious laurels in their career path.

In and around Srivilliputhur we hardly find Educational institutions that prepare their students to face these challenges. We emphasize on the skill based learning with mastery in the subjects of Math & Science and the Language competency is more important to reach out to other states of India and other countries of the world for higher studies and jobs.
